Shipping
Delivery regions, rates, production time, and any free-shipping offer will be published before launch. Items produced in different locations may ship separately, with tracking for each package.
Returns & exchanges
The final policy will explain eligibility, timeframes, return shipping, and how we handle damaged or incorrect items. Please do not treat the concept store as a promise of a particular return policy.
